We are just a little over a month away for our ride! Our Vice Queen and Train Ride Coordinator, Lady of Bytes (aka Tee Johnson), has been doing a fabulous job of coordinating this event for our fellow Red Hatters!

We've added a new link at the right where you will find meal information. Our Vice Queen has already e-mailed this to you, but just in case, we provide for your reference here.

We are excited to say that all 4 train cars are completely filled! 

We are sorry that you did not register in time for a seat but we have begun a "Red Hat Stand-by List".  

If you wish to be on the Stand-by list please complete the usual registration form (use the link) and we will put you on the list.

You will NOT be invoiced until you are notified that a seat is available.  We are still a few months out from the ride and life does have a way of "happening" and therefore seats will become available if someone cancels.

Alternatively, you may contact the Austin Steam Train Association as they may have other seats available in other cars. If you purchase a seat through them you can request to be as close as possible to the Red Hat Train Cars. You will be sitting with the general public and thus may have limited access to our Red Hat Train Cars.  During our travel on the train you are welcome to join us in our cars but there will be no extra seats to accommodate you so you could be standing quite a bit.   You may participate in our on board activities such as pre - ordering box dinners for our return trip, Red Hat Christmas Sing Along, cookie-exchange etc.  So that you will be aware of all of activities please email me to be on our general mailing list.

Wow! We are just about booked on the 3rd train car! The response has been overwhelming. We are so excited!!

Picture it - the City's downtown streets adorned with red and purple hats!

If we get more registrations, we are considering getting train FOUR!

Spread the word... we are still accepting registrations.

A second train car is just about full and we are taking reservations for a third train car.

Our invitations have expanded to include other cities. We have chapters from Georgetown, Woodway, Waco, China Spring, Robinson, Lorena, Tomball, Magnolia, San Antonio, Temple, and Houston...just to name a few.

Vice Queen Tee Johnson, Red Hat Train Coordinator, has been hard at work contacting the local establishments in Burnet and Cedar Park and letting them know Red Hatters are on their way and to be ready for us!

Thanks to all that are already confirmed and ready for this event with us!

There is stiill time to register. Let's make history this holiday season by showing up in THREE train cars! Wouldn't it be just awesome to fill the town square with red and pink hats!?! Let's do it!!

We have 10 seats left to fill our first train car! Be sure to submit your registration. If you have received an invoice and have not paid, please do so at your earliest convenience. Seats will not be confirmed until payment is received.
