Each train car will seat 72 people.

We get to see the annual Streets of Bethlehem which represents the reenactment of the times of Jesus' birth. It takes place on the street of downtown Burnet and everyone is free to walk about. (Free)

Red Hatters arrive at Cedar Park train depot no later than 1:30 p.m.

Train departs Cedar Park depot at 2:00 p.m. on the Pennsylvania Railroad P70 coach car.

Advance reservations are recommended and require prepayment with check or PayPal (credit card option is offered through Paypal). 

Reservations will be confirmed once payment is received.

Registration cut-off date is November 1, 2008 at 11:59 p.m.

A confirmation will be sent with payment instructions.

Fee for this trip is $35.00 per person (includes drink and a train ride group picture)

Cancellation Policy - Please understand that we have committed to reserve two (2) coach cars with Austin Steam Train, therefore, any cancellations would cause our chapter a hardship to try to make up the funds should there be last-minute cancellations...something that would be impossible for us to do.

75% of fees will be refunded if cancellation notice is received no later than November 8th. This means that if you are unable to attend and cannot find a substitute to take your place you will only be refunded 75% of your fee. Your substitute rider must register through this web site by no later than December 1st. In addition, you must contact the event coordinator with the name of your substitute.

Should the train fill up, we will have a waiting list for any cancellations that may be received by the November 8 deadline. Those on the list will be contacted to see if they are still interested in the event.

No Refund within 30 days of event. We are not responsible for finding replacements.

Please be sure you understand the cancellation policy to avoid any potential misunderstandings.

Cookie Exchange - Bring 1 to 2 dozen cookies in a container or a baggie. Bring an extra container or a baggie to collect your cookies as you swap.

Check the day's weather forecast and dress appropriately, please keep in mind the cool night temperatures.  The coach is not heated, nor air-conditioned.

Bring a large tote for all your shopping goodies.

Wear good walking shoes.

Most, importantly, dress in your casual red hat regalia - this is a Red Hat event.
